How to Enable Element Animations on Tablet Devices

    I would like to enable element animations on tablet devices such as iPad, iPad Air, Samsung Galaxy Tab and similar tablets. I’m assuming animations can be enabled using custom CSS with media queries for tablet devices (I can look these up on the web).

    Can you please provide instructions on how to enable element animations on tablet devices?
