How to create pages that can be found by scrolling

Hello,

I recently downloaded the Highend theme. I am trying to create a resume site in which the pages can be found simply by scrolling down. Or if the menu items are clicked then it scrolls down to that page automatically. This is how the theme looks in the Mojo marketplace anyways and I would like to do that with my site. Right now however my pages are separate pages that load individually when accessed via the menu. Can you help?
