How to change color of nav menu icon on mobile screen?

On the mobile screens the main nav menu appears as three small horizontal lines (please see attached screen shot).

How do you change the color of those three little lines? As you see in the attached screen shot, you can’t hardly see them because they are on my black nav bar background.
