HOW? Menu – "Home" button sends to top of page

Using the one page design. I have my menu set up. I have a Home button. I cannot figure out how to have that button send the website page to the very top. I have the rotating sliders at the top. Is there a special code I would enter for the URL spot?

I’m also having a problem with my footer menu. I have that checked off on my one-page menu. But when I click on the links while viewing the website, it just refreshes the page and sends it to the top?
