How do I make my High End site mobile friendly

Hello, I have the High End Theme site and am using the “presentation” option for my business site. It is a beautiful theme. However, I can not get any of it to come up on my Cell phone. Could you tell me the steps I need to take to get it to work on cell phones. I really appreciate any help you can offer. My site is missouriprivateinvestigations.com and my email address is missouriprivateinvestigations@outlook.com. Also, I did not see where I could add site sponsored email addresses.
