how do I get a refund? theme plugin does not install

    I do not see an actual number to speak to a person on the contact us page. It takes me to this forum more or less…I purchased a $50 theme that is supposed to be the cream of the crop but the most important part…the drag and drop builder..doesn’t install. This appears to be a consistent issue within this forum…

    Why is there not a customer service phone number?
