How do I delete duplicate content on my home page

I am using visual editor and have my posts and photos on the home page using visual editor, all looks fine. When i come out of visual editor below the grid there is a duplicate set of posts though not in a complete grid format, there does not seem to be a way to delete the duplicate content. It has taken me a while to get my content in visual editor to look how I want it. Is there any way to delete the duplicate content without having to revise my grid/home page (i.e. the content I want to keep).
