How customize Message in Search result page

    Hi Branco, I have another question for customization. If I make “search” on next page come message e.g “Search Complete There are 0 results found” Can I translate it? And 2nd question, can I translate also “search” word in header? The same situation is for tags in next page message. Can you please please help me, where can I find files for translation the messages for results of search and tags? Thanks!
