How can I hide this gap?

    Hi, I have a One-Page Website, and when I travel for example from the #home to the #features, a gap appears in the top of the page, behind the navigation bar, that gap shows a bit of the upper content, here is a photo of what I mean,

    PD: I have a “hide admin bar” plugin
