How can i change this color and edit the final part?

Hi! How can i change this green color from my demo theme? (print attached) I’m trying to do with the visual composer but its not changing these sides.

And another doubt is where i can edit the final part “CONTACT INFO, blog posts, etc”
and put other things like instagram etc… cause i cant edit this part from the visual composer. where i can edit? thank u!
