how can i add user profile at the right of Logo in header area

    i Want to add user profile widget (Pics, username, rank etc) at the right hand side of the logo in the header area of aegaeus theme. pls how can i do that. See screenshot, the search box area will be replaced by user profile picture and name and rank.
