How can I add text to my header in Highend theme

Hi. I’m having a really hard time trying to work out how to add a text box to the header of my site. I want to add some text either under or next to (on the right) of my logo.

When I write the text in the highend header options it overlaps my logo – I’ve tried different widgets and adding code and all sorts of things but I can’t work it out! I paid good money for this theme so I figure there surely must be a way I can put text in my header!
