Home Page loading problem

Hi,
I have been experiencing a peculiar problem. If you go the site http://smartcitiesoftomorrow.com you will find that the home page does not load completely. The `X’ of the window, the CSS ( fonts ) and the Social Media Icons don’t load. Once you click on any link, on the home page, and then you go back to the home page, everything loads properly. Can you suggest a solution to this ?
