Highned-fixing top of the page

Hi,

I have full-page revolution slider and have 2 problems.

One is that I would like to have full-page slider showed from top of page-so that header/logo sections are transparent.

Second is area below Logo-there is long white box for some reason ? I would like to get rid of it.

So, all I want is what You have on Your demo: that picture goes from top to bottom, and tgat menu and logo are transparent.
