Highendb theme problems

I already outlined the problems once but here I go again. I=page wordpress made some changes to my site and now it is all out of wack. It looks horrible. Amd my first 2 pages are not right either. When you go to my site you come to the first page which has the HB logo and Paradise Getaways so when customers click on that they are taken to the second page where there are 2 Paradise Getaways and under the second one there is a permalink that has to be clicked to actually get to my site. That should not be like that and I believe the permalink should actually be the button with an optin page to sign up to my website. And at the bottom of the first page there are all kinds of letters numbers etc. Even the logo is not at its full potential with just HB. I just want my website to look cool and I do not believe it will ever get there. I know one thing he did was to do something with my landing page because even though Paradise Getaways is its own domain boobahs card shop kept coming up on the landing page. Also when I checked all the links (I think that was what I did) every one came out green which is good except the last two which had a warning. I can only remember the one which has to do with WP php. Please help me. I have had so many try to help who are not familiar with WP that it is all screwed up.
