Highend won't install….Style sheet failure

Hey I bought the Highend theme to use on my bluehost today but I can’t get it to install on my wordpress….I have uploaded it to my cPanel and tried to go that way but I am getting the same message on wordpress:

Unpacking the package…

Installing the theme…

The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

Theme install failed.

Help please!
