Highend updates deleting Database

Hi,
Every time there’s a highend update, I lose my USDA database. If you want to be specific regarding which file is being wiped out, here is the complete path/filename:

/home/foulbal1/public_html/demeterscrop/wp-content/themes/HighendWP/demeterscrop.php

You can see the database at http://www.demeterscrop.com/certified-organic-farms/.

That DB disappears every time there’s a theme update.

Any ideas?
