Highend Theme Question

Dear HB Themes,

I am wanting to know if there is any legal reason I am not able to use your Highend WordPress Theme in this way?

Example is I promote wellness supplements on mywebsite.com running the Highend thene. A business associate, Tom, who also promotes the same products will also have use of my website.
Tom will have his own link such as “www.mywebsite.com/tom”
Tom will be able to have his friends come to my website with his link to purchase product under his name and the credit goes to Tom.

I do not see any legal reason that HB would have with this idea, especially as it gets more exposure for the HB Highend theme.

To clarify, no one else will have access to the theme or any of the backend WordPress.

The only thing that others will be able to have is access to use my website to help them grow their business.

Does HB have any legal reason I can NOT use the Highend theme with my website in like manner?

Do I have permission from HB to use the Highend theme in like manner as described above?
