Highend Theme Demo Content will not import.

I have tried several times to import the demo content of the Highend theme but the page never loads or a I get the error message. It is understandably very frustrating as I have not been able to make any progress on the website in almost a week trying to figure this thing out.

Any and all help as soon as possible would be very much appreciated.
