Highend Theme Customizer

I have install the latest theme version 3.2 recently. I did customizing on the theme and it works fine in the beginning then after a while I could not customize further as the options do not appear. It also affected the other themes that I do not activate such as could not delete the other themes and could not upload zip files containing other theme files. I thought it was the wordpress problem so I reinstall a new wordpress file and download again the Highend theme files from Mojo but problem arise again after installing Highend theme. I tried another hosting account thinking that it could be the hosting problem but again the same problem even on my new hosting account. So I believed the theme is causing all the problem including forcing me to get another hosting account which was not necessary.
