Highend Sticky Header & Footer Issues

Hi,
I am having a few issues with Highend:

1.) Sticker header will not respond to controls regardless of colors options I pick. I get a white background and white text. The dropdowns are working fine. Tested on 3 browsers and still the same. I am using the live color customizer. see pic

2.) The footer nav is giving me a similar issue in that the background and text is white (regardless of color picker) and its throwing lines under the text.

Please help.
