Highend Simple Blog Theme

I am considering purchasing the ‘Simple Blog’ Highend theme.

On tablet devices, I think the side bar content could be bigger, particularly when the tablet is in the portrait position.

I was wondering if it is possible to tweak the side bar, so the content is displayed below the main content as it does on a mobile, when the content is viewed on a tablet held in the portrait position.

Would it also be possible to increase the width of the side bar when the content is viewed on a tablet held in the landscape position.
