Highend Separate HomePage with Rollovers

    I want to create a fullwidth image homepage with no menus, nothing on it except a name. Then when you rollover the name there are linkable words to other parts of the website. Can this be done inside Highend? If I do a separate html page and then link it to HighEnd is that doable?
