Highend Scroll Presentation Contact Call-out

For some reason, with the scrolling presentation pages on my site, there is a small mail icon on the bottom right of my screen. If clicked upon it opens up to a contact form.

I’ve tried to go into the page settings and delete this icon, but am failing miserably.
