Highend Options will not save changes (posted fix does not work)

Hello,
I have a client site ready to go live. It has been in Coming Soon mode while we work on the build. I am now ready to switch Coming Soon mode to off, but when I click Save Changes nothing happens. Same thing on any other settings under Highend Options. I have altered the wp-config.php as suggested here https://hb-themes.com/forum/all/topic/theme-options-not-saving-changes-resolved-fix/ but still cannot save changes.
