Highend Option Menu Issue [RESOLVED]

    I cannot edit pages or change options. The attachment shows what I am getting and it is not the same as your video. Also I cannot change any of the radio buttons.
    I am using version 1.1
    IE 11 (will not work on chrome either)
    WP 3.9.1
