Highend not working on mobile devices

I do not have a mobile menu plugin installed.
Hamburger menu not working iphone 12 pro max operating on ios 14.5.1
Not working on ipad pro 12.9 running same os.

WP Live couldn’t figure out how to fix this problem and referred me to you.

I’ve been waiting for a response since 5/13.
