Highend Never finishes Saving

I have just uploaded Highend. I can’t upload either the light or full demo. I can’t make any changes. I know you said you read all the files, but, I am not able to get through them all. Did I upload incorrectly?

I downloaded the theme and it uploaded a zipped folder. I could not get it to go to the HB themes alone, even if I pulled that folder out and directed it to it – it would only deal with the zipped folder.

No skills, obviously. I bought this as it advertised that YOU would upload everything and I would just have to drag and drop after that.
