Highend – missing style.css stylesheet

Good afternoon,
I purchased the Highend Theme yesterday, but have been unable to install it on my Word Press / Bluehost page due to a missing style.css stylesheet. I have read the other topics about this, and they recommend using a zip file called something like Highend.zip, but I do not have that file in the zip file that I received with my purchase.
