Highend Minimalistic logo/menu header

Hello
Is it possible to add in image to the header e.g. Logo on left end, small image on right (opposite) end.

At present, I have a phone number to call on the right, opposite the logo – I would like an image.

If possible code and instructions would be appreciated.
