Highend Menu Customization

I’m looking to modify the main navigation in Highend so the main navigation sits at the bottom of the browser when you first load the page, then scrolls up and sticks to the top. This will be a multi page site. I’ve attached an illustration of what we are looking to do and was curious if this was possible.
