Highend logo appears in address bar

When I view my site on iPad and iPhone using Safari, a number of issues appear.
1. The Highend logo appears in the address bar. I have saved a logo for my site but this does not appear.
2. The Page name from HighEnd shows in the address bar, not the proper page title.
3. High end template content appears instead of my saved pages. The website I created is totally replaced with HighEnd content, menu items, etc. at bottom of page is option to view as mobile or web. hitting web brings back some saved pages.

Things are slightly better with Chrome or Google.
Not sure what is going but I cannot control which browser others will use and in several cases the website I created is completely missing and replaced with Highend.
I have not seen this problem with other themes I’ve used. Highend is definitely problematic.
Please help.
