HIghend Live Color Customizer not working

Hi,

I’m trying to customize the color of the different areas of the pages of the website (www.al-zahira.org), but Live Color Customizer is not allowing me to do that; when I click on which ever option I want to change nothing happens,and it does not open the color chart for me to choose from.

Could you please help me.
