Highend License Transfer to different website

I bought a single domain Highend Theme license through Mojo Marketplace back in 2015 which was a one-time payment for lifetime use of the theme.

I now want to transfer it to a different website. As Mojo is no longer in business, please provide instructions on how to do this and provide me with a new license key if I need it plus another theme download as I no longer have the original file.
