Highend Header Options Changes Not Saving

I read some other posts with similar issues, but cannot find a solution yet. I am simply trying to change from header layout #2 to layout #3, and the ‘Saving Now’ progress bar just runs endlessly. See here http://screencast.com/t/azX2bH0JTKw
