Highend Download Not Zipped

Looks like there are a lot of people having problems with the download
for highend not having a zipped folder. I tried to zip and upload to
my wp site and got an error saying that the upload failed.

From looking at all the threads on the faq it appears you are solving
this by installing it yourselves onto our accounts. This would be
great if you could help me out too.

Let me know what I need to give you to make this possible.
