Highend Demo install issues

Hello. I have an ipage account, so I followed the great instructions from Dejan on the manual upload…twice. Both times it gave me a list of items that failed to go through, and some things on my demo site are out of whack, such as menu issues, visible code at the bottom, and a blank footer.

My WP tech support team said they maxed my space after the theme install totally conked out, although it still reads 40. They also said I was limited to 20 MB uploads at a time and my site just didn’t get everything from the zip files.

If you can fix this without my having to go to VPS yet I would be very grateful. I’ll send you the info. Thanks so much.
