Highend CSS glitches

I’ve noted several CSS problems in Highend that could use some attention. Please see attached images.

– #1 the “Click here to enter your coupon code” link is very hard for customers to tell that it is indeed a link.

– #2 The “Ship to a different address” checkbox could use some more margin between it and the line and title (the line also overlaps it).

– #3 The “Place Order” submit button does not inherit the theme’s color style like all other buttons do.

– #4 The Search hourglass icon does not quite have the same height as the search form filed it is attached to. It may be larger or smaller. This looks a little messy.

– #5 The top bar search placeholder text is usually too low, and sometimes even is below and outside the containing element. This can vary depending on the font and font size etc.
