HighEnd Accordion – second tab opens middle, not top

I have accordion tabs on a page (http://ongolfusa.com/about-us/). When a user clicks on the second tab, the middle of the second tab copy area is displayed. (see the attached image) The client would like the second tab and copy area to show the top, not the middle of the copy. Is there code I can use to accomplish this?
