high load time

Hello.
i’m having some problem with http://www.l2gshop.com.
I contacted WPML thinking that the problem depended on them but it seems that the problem is at the level of theme + uber menu + Revolution slider.
I am seeing how work on plugins but I need you to tell me how:

1) do not load these fonts (19 sec for lad them… is possible?)
– sourcesanspro-regular-webfont.woff
– fontawesome-webfont.woff
– hbicons.woff
– Icomoon.woff
– Pe-icon-7-stroke.woff
– revicons.woff

2) do not load preloader.gif (21 sec for load it…)
