High End Theme Errors

I’m having a few problems / errors with the theme. I have all the latest theme, plugin, and WordPress versions.

– Whenever i make an update, even a small one (text change, for example) it takes 10-15 minutes for the changes to take effect. Is there a way i can make updates/changes take effect immediately?

– When i go under the Footer settings in layout under Highend Options, i disable/turn off the footer and copyright line. But, it still appears.

– How do i get rid of the texture/lines on the background image on the coming soon page? Because when i view the page on mobile devices, the texture/lines only covers part of the background so it looks odd.

– After uploading the iOS bookmark icons and saving them on my iPod Touch, the icons appear blurry. But, when i create them and upload them onto the website they look fine.
