High End: Image carousel not working properly

Hi
We are using image carousel to show some images and it’s not working properly. There is this odd transparent black skin on either side when it opens in lightbox and the close doesn’t work. And it has the words close instead of the x

It’s worked perfectly on another site we used it on.

Help!
