High End / blank bar across home page only

Hello,

There is a bar across the top of the home page:
thinkprimal.com
right under the menu/header and before the content area. Nothing I do removes it.

None of the other pages have it, but they also have the Title enabled, where the home page does not.

Any help appreciated, thank you!
