Hiding widgets in the Footer

I am inserting content into a page of the Highend Theme using a “Default Template”. Is there a way for me to hide some of the content in the footer widgets while allowing the “contact” footer widget to be viewed. (see attached file). Or is it an “all on or none” choice? If it is an “all or nothing” choice is there another way for me to insert our address and hours of business in the footer besides using a “Text Block”? I want to be able to edit the size and color of the text and a text block will not allow me to do that. Thank you.
