Help with syncing woo commerce and shop and page on my website and other issues

Please help me sync the menu “shop” page with the woo commerce shop pages under All pages. I want the look from the one I have connected to the tab that says “shop”
additionally I do not know how to make the “lifestyle” menu tab just a tab and not a page, and the pages below it titled Food, Fitness, and Travel; those are all the same page but I want them to be all the same format,layout, and look, but different pages.
Additionally I would like for when you first go to my website for it to go to the home page, I have no idea how to change that.
Could you guys be so king to do this for me ?? also is there a call help number??
