Help with a widget box under the header logo

Hi there,

I want to include a widget to sit underneath my logo, but on top of the menu’s so I can pop our newsletter subscription box in there.

And this is an example of something I would like to do – http://www.women-on-the-road.com/ (I would like to include something like that orange bar with the ‘subscribe’ button.
