Help! My site is completely down!

Sorry, this is a duplicate post, but I wanted to make sure I reached you.

You guys did a great job of getting WordPress and HighEnd with the main demo installed yesterday, and when I started exploring, I seem to have killed it! I feel like such a dolt!

I was in the WordPress dashboard, on the page where I changed the site title, and then went looking for documentation on the two URL fields right below that, and I must have accidentally typed into one of the fields, because the next time I tried to come back the site comes up totally blank, and there doesn’t seem to be anything to edit.

Is there an easy way to get this all back, or do I need to start from scratch?
