Help loading an plant id library

I need to create a plant id library on my site that will include around 150 individual pictures of plants. Each plant needs its own page with descriptions. I was wondering if there is a plug-in that would help me with this. Also will my High-end theme work with this. I was also wondering how best to make the plants searchable from the home menu. With the regular search function work?
