Help Adding Privacy Policy and Terms of Service Links to footer

Hi…………

I added the following to the footer after the copyright information……………

The correct text shows up in the footer……….see screen shot attached……………

Unfortunately, the privacy policy links to

http://isimplycantresistacat.com/privacy-policy-3%20%E2%80%8E

and the terms of service links to

http://isimplycantresistacat.com/%3Cli%3E%3Ca%20href=

Any thoughts ???
