Header & sticky header top padding

I’d like the header content (logo & nav menu) to be positioned NOT in the centre of the header. I was able to get the effect I want with the sticky header by setting its height at 100 (HB > Layout Settings > Header Layout) and adding this custom css

height: 80px;
}

The result is the header contents are pushed down by 20px. I can’t seem to have the same thing for when the header is in normal position.
